Hello

The best therapy gives you agency over your own life. I work with my clients to rediscover that sense of agency. My expertise includes treating self-harming behaviors, depression, anxiety, chronic illness, relational conflict, trauma, and adjustment difficulties in adolescents and adults. I also provide career counseling for professionals who are experiencing workplace anxiety or seeking to transition.

I practice most often from integrated Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy perspectives, but also draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, family systems, and psychodynamic principles.  The change work of therapy often happens outside of sessions, and I support clients as they manage “homework.”

Therapy is an investment you make in yourself, and I find it deeply satisfying to collaborate with clients as they make that investment.
